G-Meter uses the built in accelerometer, that can be found in many phones devices, to measure the current value and direction of G-force acting on the mobile phone. It models a traditional analog instrument and therefore ensures simple handling and maximum readability.

Compatibility and Installation
G-Meter works on all Nokia phones (3rd and 5th Edition devices) with a built in accelerometer, such as the Nokia N97 (mini), 5800 XpressMusic, 5500, N95_8GB, N96, N79, N85, N86 and many others. On Nokia Ovi Store, the download is only possible to compatible devices, the guided installation starts automatically after download.
Usage
The usage of G-Meter is simple and self explaining. To ensure the most accurate measurement, place the phone, face up, on a horizontal surface during calibration. Keep in mind, that having the screen always on during measurement, drains the battery quickly. In the settings screen you can allow the phone to switch the screen off after a certain time by selecting «Light No».
